I am very active and it seems that I ve cut a small place right between the theigh and where the scrtum begins. No pain in balls and there s a strong odor from the tiny cut.It seems there s a red rash very light and about the size of 2 quaters)on my theigh.Thanks
It may be intertrigo most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply antibiotic cream like fusidine acid cream on the fissure in the groin areas till the healing. Then antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream may be applied. Take antihistaminics,antibiotic and antifungal tablets after consulting the dermatologist. Keep the area dry. Take Sitz bath in Dettol mixed water. Improve hygiene and immunity.
