Suggest Treatment For Re Occurring Stomach Pain And Blood In Stools

Hello,
i have an 8 year old daughter who has re occurring stomach pain and now has blood in her stool and on the tissue paper when wiping she has had her gall bladder removed 2 yrs ago what could be causing this and is it something i should wait till tomorrow for her doctor or take her to the E.R. now?

Get her digital rectal exam done by a qualified surgeon for ruling out rectal polyp hemorrhoids or anal fissure.
