Suggest Treatment For Rectal Bleeding

I generally have a spot on the outer area of my anal crack, not in or on the anus, and itches, bleeds at times, usually vanishes but returns periodically. Most recently, it returned but this time it has enlarged to maybe near the size of a marble(small one) and is a little firm but concerns me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

I recommend using anti hemorrhoids cream for local application such as Preparation H.

I also recommend using daily probiotics to relieve the itching.

I suggest to drink liquids and soak in warm water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
