Hello,

* Mostly constipation induced anal fissure likely responsible for the blood in the stool.
* Primary guidelines

- sitz bath 2-3 times a day
- dietary measures to avoid spices, dairy fat
- high fibre intake with plenty of liquids
- bulk-forming laxative as ispaghula husk
- local application of xylocaine (2%) jelly over anal region
- avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
- Good analgesic as tramadol hydrochloride or ibuprofen as per the clinician choice
* Be in regular follow up with your consultant for evaluation of the condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
