Suggest Treatment For Recurrent TB Infection

Hii doc i need your urgent help..i am 27yrs women...i had tb a year ago...i did not skip a single dots dose for 6months i was declare tb free my xray blood reports were all negative after tht...noow suddenly i had minor feever i went doc as he was aware abut my case history he asked me to do blood test ver my esr was to he asked me to do chest xray and found tb is alive..bt i dont have cough at all..hiw tb is back inspte of taking while course acurately and perfectly...will dis affect my other organs ....will it b mdr tb....i have done hiv test again and its negative jst fyi... Plzzzzz guide me need your help Thanks in advance....
