Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI Despite Taking Antibiotics

My daughter has had 2 uti s and has been through several antibiotics after about 5 days of being off them symptoms start again home test kit suggests infection but Dr results come back negative. Dr did blood work bbecause one sample had sugar in urine a1c was 5 what could be causing these symptoms

Please let me know the age of your daughter and urinanalysis reports. Since when she is having this problem? Presence of symptoms, pus cells on urinanalysis and growth of bacteria on culture are 3 parameters important to decide on cause and treatment.
