Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Angina

My wife had an episode of heart today. Trop I test was positive. Angio showed 90% block of lcx and 70-80% blocking of LAD. Stent was placed only for lcx. 2 hours after angioplasty my wife still complains of angaina. Does it require surgery immediately
