Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Cold And Infections
I have just got a cold come on this is my fifth cold in 7 months, I had one just two weeks ago. what is wrong with me. I usually only get 2 colds a year. Im 63 and look after my grandson most days he is 2 and picks things up from nursery. Am I picking these colds up from him, I would have thought id be more immune than this.
As persons get older, the immune system becomes impaired and infections can increase.
You can reduce this by using a wide range of fruits and vegetables. By using a variety, you would ensure that you are receiving the vitamins and minerals that can be found in each of them.
The use of probiotics which help boost gut immunity may also help. The immune system in the gut has been found to play a major rule in general immunity.
I hope this helps
