Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Fever In A Child Despite Administering Antibiotics

hi i have a three yr old son he went to see his doc today he has a fever on an off they put him back on antiboitic an his fever is at a high rite now i gave him qpap an motrin an rotating them but his fever is not going away gave him a light spung bath too

The dose of fever medicine should be determined by the child's weight: paracetamol 15 mg/kg given 6 hourly and ibuprofen 10 mg/kg per dose given 8 hourly. Don't use more than recommended dose even if fever doesn't subside. Use sponging.
Continue antibiotics.
Ask your doctor for blood investigations, urine analysis etc. if no relief in 3-5 days.
