Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Nausea And Low Appetite Post Omeprazole Withdrawal

This all started four weeks ago. I noticed one day I lost my appetite, so I barely ate lunch and ended up eating some probiotic yogurt for dinner. About an hour after dinner, I began to feel EXTREMELY nauseous; I really felt like I was going to vomit. I just held my food down, but I had to stay up late to study for a college exam. I studied until 4:00AM but I was just lying in bed until 7:00AM. I thought I was maybe just stressed about my test. After I finished my test, I had no other exams to study for but my symptoms persisted (no appetite, extreme nausea, insomnia, and also a lot of pressure in my head). Also, I would feel stomach pains after eating some meals. Eventually, I started taking zzzquil so I could sleep, which helped but I still woke up two or three times in the middle of the night. I went to my doctor two weeks later over thanksgiving break because I believed it was just the stress of school. He said I had a sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics along with omezaprol. I took about a weeks worth of antibiotics and I felt a little better but after the break ended and my antibiotics ran out, there still remained a lot of pressure in my head. I had a months supply of omezaprol which I quit taking about two weeks in because I no longer felt nauseous. However, it is finals season (I quit taking omezaprol about three days ago) and I feel my symptoms returning (extreme nausea, lack of appetite, insomnia) accompanied by a throbbing headache. I don t want to take Advil because I heard that can worsen nausea, but I still don t know if it s just stress or a stomach condition.
