Suggest Treatment For Recurring Constipation And Lump In Anus

Hi Dr, I am 55 yrs, i started getting constipation regular i drink lot s of water but still get trouble my stool is very much like goat stool with belly pain, at this moment around my anus have a small lump like extra flesh and a few small lump. sometime i feel like ants biting me. I am waiting for your responds. Thanks.

These symptoms indicate hemorrhoids, but considering constipation it would be good to do colonoscopy to rule out some more serious conditions Initially,if these are hemorrhoids, it can be treated with dietary changes by having high fibre diet with lot of fluids and make your stool soft. There are supplemets such as Psilium and Detralex which may help as well. Also, you should use sitz baths and have hemorrhoidal cream. Second, it can be treated with rubber ligation or sclerosation and in severe stages, the surgery is recommended but for this you should consult proctologist.
