Suggest Treatment For Recurring Piles Problem

sir, i am hitesh jain, i am having piles problem. first i was operated some 8 years back, and again i had problem with the same thing. again i was oprated in august 2011. and finally now again same problem has started, pain bleading. sir can u suggest me what to do further.

Welcome to healthcare magic.
After surgery of piles some have problem of recurrence.
Anti inflammatory drugs helpful in piles.
Topical lignocain ointment apply before going to toilet.
Avoid excessive straining at toilet.
Stool softner can use for constipation problem.
Warm water sitz bath also helpful in piles.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
Avoid spicy foods..
Take a high fiber foods...
