Suggest Treatment For Recurring Urinary Tract Infection

I have a UTI's almost every other month. I have had 4 in the last 9 months. I have done everything I've been told to do: no more thong panties, only cotton underwear, wipe from front to back (ofcourse), pee right after sex, don't use soaps or douching, drink lots of water, drink cranberry juice... I am desperate. I keep getting these and I am so frustrated. I just got over one and now 2 weeks later, I am on my period and with another infection! I want to cry.
