Suggest Treatment For Recurring Vomiting And Loose Motions

my daughter suffering with vomptings[2times]and motions [3times] in the early morning,no fever,then i consult a doctor he given ZOFER 4 mg injection,and he prescribed medicine ORNOF BD,ZOFER 4mg,but after 2days she suffering with vomptings [3times in a day] and headache,please advise me what to do ,

Noted here presentation is sudden.
You have not mentioned age of your daughter.
Here she might have acute gastroenteritis ......
Cause might be ...
-bacterial (outside food)
-parasitic like ameba or giardiasis or warms
-viral flu

You are given proper treatment with antibiotic oflixacin.
Ondensetron that you had given can be useful as syrup or tablet also if vomitting..

Get stool examination for ameba egg or hook worm like infection accordingly metronidazole or albendezol needed.

Maintain hydration of her...

Take care...

If still symptom increasing investigate with USG .
