Suggest Treatment For Red And Flaky Eyelids Along With Watery Eyes

I have very dry, red, flakey eyelids. It causes my eyes to water. I also have very dry skin below my eyes. I have also recently noticed a red flakey spot beside my mouth, about half the size of a dime. I have always had dry skin, How can I treat my eyes. I am 60 years old, 5'6" and about 150 lbs, and take medication for hypothyroidism. I eat well, have not made any changes in diet or products used, and am otherwise healthy.

you have over all dryness of skin including eye lid. it is called xerosis or hypodermic. moisturizer or olive oil may be applied. vita ad-capsule for along time may help can apply neosporine eye ointment in eye lid.
