Suggest Treatment For Red Sore On Perineum

Hi, so I have a red sore on my perineum, with some small bumps, I also have some of these bumps along my thigh but not many, I have been sexually active but not for at least a few weeks, and I have no pain, no burning sensation just itchy here and there, not sure what it is, thank you in advance.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of soreness on the perineum with small red bumps, sexually active but not for a few weeks.
The commonest cause is the accumulation of seat or some secretions that causes dermatitis to start with followed by fungal infection.
Consult your Doctor to get it confirmed so that a proper treatment can be instituted.
Take multivitamins for skin integrity.
Apply liquid povidone iodine if there is secondary infection.
