Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

A two-year-old child having redness in the vagina may be due to an allergic reaction or due to infections. Food additives will produce only red-colored urine. so you may need to take the child to pediatrician who can examine it and will give you drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajmohan, Pediatrician
