Suggest Treatment For Regular Diarrhea And Irritation Around Anus After Gastric Bypass

Hi I had a gastric bypass 12 years ago and have had diarrhoea on a regular basis if I eat too much fat which gives me irritation around my anus. I have just had a bout of viral diarrhoea and vomiting which has now subsided and for 3 days have a sore, itching and throbbing anus! I did have a huge spot in close proximity which burst and I put it down to feeling low - should I be concerned?

Hi
I appreciate your concern
In my opinion it could be Fissure in Ano or hemorrhoids

please visit your doctor for through examination
meanwhile have plenty of fluids
avoid constipation by taking laxatives like liquid paraffin and high fibers diet

Local anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine to be applied locally

Hope this helps you
thanks for your question
wish you a very good health
take care
