Suggest Treatment For Regular Headaches And Palpitations

a month ago i was suffering from panic attacks and now i am better , but have a daily headache under my head , at the back of my neck and its really disturbing me , i also breath heavily and feel like my heart pounding , this comes for some times and goes and comes back again i dont know what to do ?

Muscular pain may be likely and this could be because of stress and mental tension that could cause stiffness of muscles and pain, try yoga, meditation, exercise, keep stress level very low, have good sleep of 7 hours, for headache his can be managed with Tab Aspirin 150 mg as per needed, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
