Suggest Treatment For Reoccurring Arm And Wrist Pain After Injury

I was playing football for my college team and we were practising diving headers when i completely missed the mat and landed on my left wrist on the left hand side of the wrist i went to a&e the next day and had an x-ray took i was put in a cast for a scaphoid injury but my scaphoid is on the opposite side it's been a few months now since it happened but I've noticed that at the end of my ulna the bone sticks out worse than my right bone I'm not actually sure if anything broke because i got no proper diagnosis I was just told that i had not broke my scaphoid but everytime to time if i overuse my arm or wrist i have pain that goes through the arm I'm just wondering if it is anything serious or I'm just worrying too much
