Suggest Treatment For Reoccurring Headaches And Fever

My 13 year old daughter has been running a fever for roughly 36 hours and has headaches associated with the onset of the fever. Headache pain is frontal sinus area and the back of the head at the bottom of the skull. Ibuprofen seems to alleviate within about 30-45 minutes but headache returns with fever a few hours later.

Hello,

Don't delay it just go to the ER. It could be meningitis also and it is serious then.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Ophthalmologist
