Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis With Pain All Over
Hi,I was diagnosed with r/a in my early 20s the pain then came and went, for mths I d be ok then the pains would come back for days it s been like this for years , I went the doctors a couple of years ago only to be told I d not got r/a any more I still get all the pains from the neck,shoulders,back, hips, knees and feet so bad I can t hardly walk when it does come it really is severe pain. Can the doctor be right I didn t have any kind of tests done for him to say I hadn t got it.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.There is a criteria for rheumatoid arthritis.If you are positive for minimum criteria you can be said to have rheumatoid arthritis.Rheumatoid factor is positive in majority but there is one with seronegative also.Usually ESR C reactive protein will be high and mild anemia will be present in active rheumatoid patients.A thorough work up including physical examination blood analysis X rays by a rheumatologist is well appreciated.It has effective treatment to attain remission,like therapy with DMARDs and even with anti-TNF therapy.With proper medication and follow up you will be fine.Hope this may help you.
