Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I have rheumatoid arthritis I was diagnosed with 3 years ago. I have been taking Simponi injections once monthly for less than a year, but they really seem to work. I have to have lab tests every 3 months as per directed by my RA doctor. Earlier this year, my AST and ALT were elevated . I took the test again about 3 weeks later, and they were normal. I had labs again at the end of May. They were elevated again. This time, 46 AST and 53 ALT. I was asked to repeat the test to include GGT. The AST and ALT were at 60 and 66 but the GGT was in a good range. I take 2 nucynta pills daily and 1 cymbalta which both were prescribed by a pain doctor to offset any additional RA pain. I don t want to panic about my liver. I am 61 years of age and female. I found comfort in the fact that I started with elevated AST/ALT levels, but that they did go back down. If you are really in trouble, liver-wise, wouldn t the AST/ALT/GGT all show high elevated levels consistently?
