ideally if you are planning pregnancy your disease should be under control.
your esr and crp should be somewhat normal.
as the medicines used to control RA should not be used in the periconception period.
during pregnancy symptoms are generally controlled with steroids, painkillers or hydroxychloroquine.
also the symptoms of RA generally regress during pregnancy.
