I don't have runny nose, but have fluid coming from the back in the throath, i read on internet that could be cause by a fongus... might explain as well these weird circle bumps on the side of my hands ( Dyshidrose?) thanks!

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is called as post nasal drip. For that, your work up needed in form of posterior pharynx examination and rhinoscopy examination. CBC along with AEC also needs to be done. If allergic Rhinitis than allergy testing can be done and levocetirizine plus montelukast combination drug prescribed. For skin, circle pigmentation sends a photo to check whether it is a fungal infection or not.

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination (post nasal drip doesn't from fungal infection always, so examination needed).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
