Hi, i was just told by my doctor that i have rotoescoleosis I suffered a lower back injury two days ago, doing weighted squats on the gym, at first the back pain was quite bad, but figured it d just go away, but it actually gives me trouble to stand for long periods of time

Consult a spine surgeon and get evaluated. You can opt for steroid injection to the spine as it will provide good pain relief.
