Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Sneezing After Endoscopy

hello, I had an endoscopy this morning, and ever since waking up I have had a stuffy/runny nose, watering eyes and sneezing. is this due to the fentanyl anesthesia? or perhaps from the oxygen drying out the sinuses? it seems to be getting worse as the day goes on

take tablet cetrizine 10mg in night daily for 3 days. it is likely a allergic rhinitis or may be because of dry oxygen. take steam inhation thrice daily for 3-5 days. visit ENT docotor if not subsided.
