Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Sacraization of lumbar vertebra is compatible with normal living and will not produce any symptoms. You might be getting pain in back and legs due to slipped disc. How was disc prolapse diagnosed? Was mri of spine done? If not done previously I would advise to go for mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine which will lead to confirm diagnosis and helps in planning treatment. Since u have undergone all conservative measures and if mri shows significant disc prolapse Next option is surgical excision of disc(discectomy ).It can be done with endoscope and minimal incisions. Please consult orthopaedic surgeon nearby you and take his advise for this. All the best.
