Suggest Treatment For Scabs On Penis After Unprotected Intercourse

I had unprotected sex and a few days later I noticed about 4 small scab like cuts in different spots around my penis. It hurts only when I touch it and doesnt look like a wart or any stds by browsing the web. In some blogs some say it could be from masturbating and irritating dry skin. When I had sex her vagina was very dry. I'm hoping that is the case but it's probably something worse.

It those wounds are simple cuts then you can clean it with water and apply antiseptic creams like Soframycin. It will prevent infection and help in healing.
If you are not sure about the wounds then get it checked by a doctor.
