Suggest Treatment For Scrotum Bleeding

scrotum bleeding was noticed when urinating. I believe I have stopped the bleeding. Applied pressure with a clean paper towel. There seemed to have been a small cut on the sac. Is there anything that I should do since it seems to have stopped bleeding?

From your introduction, I can't understand how has happened that small cut on the sac, but if there isn't a hematoma or anything else, I think if the bleeding has stopped there's nothing to worry about.
