Suggest Treatment For Seizures

I am 45 years old have never had a seizure until sept2010 at that time I had 6 granmal seizures in a 2 week period. I just had a ct angio head. The impression says that I have prominent dilated vein within the left parietal lobe with the drainage to the superior sagittal sinus and to the deep venous system. There is a suggestion of a Transcaucasian vessel connecting this dilated venous system with a vessel located within the scalp overlying the parietal and occipital bone. This appears to represent posterior auricular artery. Findings may represent extracranial intracranial connection and possible avm. Recommend conventional cerebral angiography. What does all this mean and should I be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, if you have convulsion without any associated symptoms and it is being provisionally diagnosed as grand mal seizures then it could be late onset of the disease, given report does not indicates any disease, and so why cerebral angiography suggested, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
