Suggest Treatment For Self Talking And Poor Concentration In A Child

Dear sir, My son is 10 years old. He is having ADHD,he does lot of self talking, unable to concentrate in studies. He lacks focussing. He doesnot concentrate. He has lot of behavioural problems. He cannot learn in group need one to one communication. He is on Axepta 10 mg. I am worried as he does lotr of self repeatation talk and unable to cope with. He doesnot do any thing of his own. One has to make him to write and read. He does lot of meaningless talk. Please help me

has been diagnosed as ADHD by an expert? well, drugs like axepta do have benefits for the behavoiur problem he encounters as ADHD ad some comorbidities do occur; as long as the main problems are brought under control there is not much to worry about this. I prefer the dose to be made to at lest 20 mg as 10mg seems little less for his age.
