Suggest Treatment For Sever Hip Pain

I m a 31 year old female. I just had an MRI a week ago on my R hip that s been hurting me for 5 plus years. It showed a labrum tear and hypointense signal that reflects either a plica or partial tear of the ligamentum teres. There was also trace amounts fluid on the distal aspect of the ilipsoas tendon ?mild brusitis. What will the likely course of treatment be? I can t get into to see an ortho for at least two months.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think that you are having cartilage damage in hip joint which is causing you trouble. So I would recommend you to meet an arthroscopic surgeon. He might ask for a procedure in hip joint. This procedure take care of the cartilage damage by suturing the labial tear or by debridement.
If there is any fluid collection the it can be cleared through this procedure. I would suggest you to avoid any massage or any exercises of hip joint.
