Suggest Treatment For Sever Menstrual Pain

Hi i have been having severe menstraul pain in my abdomin n lower back. Its do miserable that i dont want to move it makes me feel bad nauseous n wanna pqss out at times cause it hurts so bad. I have started my period eith only a light brown color for a couple of days n nothing today. I had light cramping n the miserable cramping started atound 8 hours ago. What do u suggest.
