Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne And Scars

Hi, I am 26 years old. I have been suffering from acne for a long time. These days it is well under control. I am under treatment from a really good dermatologist. However, I have mild pitted acne scras. I have had 5 dermaroller sessions which I think has improved the appearance of the acne scars. And last time I went for RF Fractional Microneedling. I know I should have realistic expectations, but within how many days will I be able to see significant results? Is just one RF session sufficient, or do I need more? Maybe such questions need a face to face examination, but I want to make sure I am on the right path.

Hello,

The effect of RF micro-needling commonly shows within 6 - 8 weeks of treatment. However, variations may occur from one skin type to another. Every person is unique.

You will be satisfied with the results of the first RF session but may require the next session in 5-6 weeks.

Once you have completed at least three sessions of RF micro-needling, the effects will be very satisfying & natural.

Do not try to do it at home as it may lead to complications like bruising, infection, bleeding scarring or may cause pigment problems. Always have it done under expert hand.
