Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne During Periods

I am 27 yr old lady with oily skin. I get sevre acne during my menses & they leave behind deep scars that take 3 mnths to fade, & by the time they fade a new pimple comes. As a result i have extremely oily, dull face with loads of scar marks & pimples. Can u suggest some remedy for removing scar marks, if not the pimples since they seem 2 b related to my menses. [Note: I have checked i do not have PCOD].
