Suggest Treatment For Severe Anal Itching

I m pretty sure I have thread worms because everywhere I go flake white things fall off of me and my anal itches cause it feels like stuff is going into my anal and I itch and I went to 4 different hospitals trying to figure out what s wrong and they diagnosed me with colitis but I know it s more than that cause them white speck looking thing are coming up my throat and I m pooping them out and the doctors say in crazy but I know their there
