Hi,Thanks for your query.After going through your query I came to know that you got injury your ankle and foot. Your foot hurts and it hurts to move your toes or move your ankle. You can walk but with a limp. Also there is a little bit of swelling and a bruise.In my opinion it is just a painful bruise but you should got your x-ray done to rule out fracture. Its treatment is rest to part(immobilization). Putting ice is useful . Analgesic such as diclofenac will be of use for pain.You can take vitamin B-complex and C to promote healing.
