Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

You could be having slipped disc that causes nerve pinching in the neck and radiating pain in the upper limbs. Avoid bending the neck and body forwards, lifting weights over the back or with your hands. Apply hot water bottle to the painful areas to get relief from the pain and muscle spasm. Take pain killer and muscle relaxant like Diclofenac and Thiocolchicoside which will give good relief. Eat healthy. Avoid stress. Get yourself shown to an Orthopaedician for proper examination and diagnosis which will help in the treatment.
