Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Disc Degeneration

Back pain with disc degeneration accompanied by changes in my TSH levels, fatigue, stomach pain as well as anemia even though I ve had a hysterectomy. My doctor has ordered an ESR, CRP and CBC. It feels like all I do is go to specialist without answers. Suggestions? Test results are present for my MRI, just the intent to do the tests and that there is degeneration in L4 and L5. Been doing PT for over a year. Help?
