Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Strain In Leg

Hi i am Satya from Bangalore . I have severe lower back pain and some time i even feel there some strain in my left leg . If i increase some pressure on my left leg then pain on my back increases .when i sit on bed or chair i feel more pain at back .
So please suggest what should i do ?

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be sciatica or slip disc pain.

So go for MRI of spine and take proper treatment and physiotherapy.

Meanwhile take mild painkiller and avoid long time standing.
