Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain Due To Disc Bulge

At L3-L4 I have 3mm retrolisthesis, disc bulge, and fissuring to both the left and the right. I've already had surgeries w/instrumentation for spondylolesthesis at both L4-L5, and at L5-S1. I had a recent back trauma and I'm in severe pain, both localized and radiating. My pain mgmt doc says he's out of options for me, so am I headed back for another surgery for my issues at L3-L4?

Take bed rest , heat fermentation , and medication prescribed by orthopardician...use lumbosacral support ...physiotherapy treatment also help..
