Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain In Kids

I am an 11 year old girl and i have been exsperiencing bad back pain (not like stich), it is very uncontivable it has been happpening now for about 3-4 months ?? what do you think is wrong i though (and my mum thought) it was sleeping wrong but my mum checked on me and thats not true soooo ......

May be you might have sprained your back muscles due to bad posture in sleep and just have some hot fomentation for a couple of days and you will be alright.
