Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
Last night, I woke up and sat up and for some reason I twisted to the sides and I cracked my back. it cracked pretty loudly and I laid back down. I woke up this morning with severe pain in the upper part of my back in the middle, in between my shoulder blades and now it is very difficult for me to breathe. It hurts in any position that I lay in. What did I do to it? Does it have to do with my thoracic part of my spine?

The pain that you have is likely to be due to a muscle tear in the back. You can do a hot fomentation and take a muscle relaxant to help.
