Suggest Treatment For Severe Bloating And Constipation

I have severe bloating, digestive, and constipation. I'm only 17! i don't know what to do anymore! I began having chronic constipation a few years ago and would get really bloated every time I ate. Earlier this year my doctor told me to take milk of magnesia everyday.
My main problem is that if I don't evacuate ALL of my bowels in the morning, I bloat until I look pregnant and my stomach starts cramping. The only way I can do this if I take a ton of MOM and use suppositories. I have a very restricted diet because everything seems to make me constipated. If I can't go all the way, it starts this vicious cycle that's very hard to get out of. What do I do?!

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Take Simethicone medicine.
-Drink more water.
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
-Exercise more.
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
-Use over-the-counter or prescription laxative.
