Suggest Treatment For Severe Burning Sensation On The Knee

My 22 year old granddaughter and said that her knee feels like it s burning inside..She feels it like every 15 minutes to 20 minutes. It has been doing this for two days. It doesn t feel warm to the touch, just feels like somebody is holding a lighter to the top of her knee and it burns. She hasn t injured it or anything. Thanks for your help.

Hi there.

It could be symptoms of Arthritis, especially if she has pain in the small joints of her hands and morning stiffness of joints. Apply cold soaks to the joint. Get it examined at an Orthopedic clinic to rule out infection, arthritis.
