my baby s toilet is so hard to come.she cant do it till 4 to 5days constantly.but her urinate is clear nd normal.i changed my child food list according to doctor s advise,gave her magmil,avolac syrup.but after course completing,again she is facing same problemnow what can i do?

A high fiber diet is lifelong for any human being. So give a plenty of fruits with green leafy vegetables.
Use syrp lactulose according to the body weight.
Avoid fast food and processed food.
If symptoms not improved please consult your pediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
