Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Tingling right down to the tips of my fingers could be due to pinched nerve.
To exactly diagnose this problem, you need a MRI scan. Momentarily, take daily supplementation of Vit B2,B6 & B12 to suppress the symptoms of tingling in fingers.
Till time, avoid lifting weight. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more concern.
Warm Regards.
