Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Nausea

A friend of mine started with the patch 5 days ago for undiagnosed (since January & after seeing 5 doctors) dizziness and nausea. Today the dizziness was much worse with face flushing and she seems to be mentally confused. Told her to remove the patch. She wants to keep it on until tomorrow after she speaks with one of her doctors, which will probably be for another 15 hours. I m alarmed. Any opinion about this?

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

If she was my patient I would recommend to use Betahistine (betaserc) to relieve the dizziness.

If thesymptoms will persist or seems to get worse than you should send her to ER.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
