Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness, Headache And Fatigue

Hi. I have been having some issues with being dizzy. It is kind of a constant haze around the clock and I have also had some discomfort in my chest that radiates into my left arm and shoulder. Some times it feels like my heart flutters or has irregular heart beat. Afternoon headaches and seeing black spots or lines in my vision. I also have a hard time concentrating and fatigue and weakness to the point I have no motivation to do anything. I have seen a cardiologist and had an EKG and an echo test done but all came back normal. This started about a year ago and lasted about 4 weeks but they symptoms went away. They returned again about 4 months ago and that s when I had the test ran. They again went away but have been pretty constant the last two months. They seem to get worse after eating and the seeing spots and lines just started about a month ago.
